Are attempts to prevent us from enjoying this product of "God" or "mother nature" sacreligious?
Religious guy "God didnt intendeth us to useth it that way?"

God did in fact put this plant on earth. God did not intend for us to use this in harm to our bodies. Many of these "natural" products can do physical harm to our bodies, especially our brain. I don't see people going around eating deadly naturallly occuring posion.
I am a "religious not" probably in your view, but it is not from Satan. God created everything.

This religious nut wont tell you the bible says not to get high, but I can share from many years of experience with it that i would have been better off without it.

I don't use drugs, never have, don't want to...but you should check out the History Channel site on this topic. They have a series called Hooked: Illegal Drugs and How They Got That Way, and it says most drugs were illegal because of prejudice against a group that used them.
Like, cocaine: white supremacists were against blacks in the South who used cocaine. Ban!
Opium: anti-Chinese propaganda. Ban!
Marijuana: anti-Mexican legislation. Ban!
Check it out, man, seriously. The history is FASCINATING and not at all what I expected.

Well, yes by definition it's a natural high. But moderation is the best, and plus any trouble with the law's never good. Also, smoking anything (pot, tobacco, hickory logs, salmon) produces carcinogens and is bad for you health.

There is nothing completely harm full and nothing completely help full in this creation which i would like to remind that it is not the heaven. i follow the ancient Greek method " do everything but do it with measure". Everything is allowed and everything has a purpose , God gave everything to us including liberty of choice. I don't trust human lows and bans as well as i don't trust human stupidity.

No, it is a form of slow suicide. You can get a similar feeling from the use of cyanide, extracted from the seeds of apples, if you don't care what about the end result.
