ok this could sound gross but its probably from blowing too hard or too much.. try not to blow your nose all that often, only when you need too/once an hour..also kleenix w/ the lotion already in it helps
if you need to get ride of the redness a quick fix is concealer, otherwise try vasaline
*hope this helps*

YOU MOST LIKELY ARE BLOWING TOO FORCEFULLY IF IT MAKES A TREMENDOUS NOISE. PUT A&D OINTMENT ON IT. WAL-MART HAS A&D EQUATE BRAND FOR MUCH LESS MONEY. ALSO WHEN YOUR ALONE AND NOONE WATCHES PICK YOUR NOSE INSTEAD OF BLOWING IT AT LEAST TILL IT HEALS.ALSO INSTEAD OF BLOWING ROLL A SOFT ABSORBENT TISSUE UP AND CLEAN EACH NOSTRIL AND DONT RUB THE DAYLIGHTS OUT OF IT EACHTIME. USE A&D OFTEN IN AND AROUND THE NOSE.

You're just irritating it because you're probably blowing your nose too often. Put some makeup (coverup/foundation) over it if its really bad and try to use tissues with moisturizer in them.

You're rubbing too hard
Get the Kleenex with the lotion in it, that'll help.
