if you burned, i would wait, but i used to go every day. but only for 2 weeks. it wasnt a longtime thing.

tans can make you look healthier and younger, but if you get addicted then it can make you look leathery and gross. look at the 45 year old women who have been going since their younger days. its not a pretty sight.

have you tried mystic tan? no harmful rays, no downside... and it lasts and looks natural.

i exploit solar beds, I had an olive tone while i began - so i began by skill of doing 6 minutes. I then bigger to 9 and that i've got been doing 9 ever because of the fact that. The goggles do bypass away tan strains, so I sidestep them, yet you need to you mustn't open your eyes together as tanning. don't get any tanning creams yet, until your skin is used to the UV rays. You could, but I would NOT recommend it. Tanning is not healthy period.
