reflux question?

I was told by my doctor that I have reflux. After I swallow my drink I can feel it slow down in my throat and fizzle, as if it is coming back up. Now when I eat foods I have 2 swallow twice, and it feels as if something is in my throat all day. Has anyone experienced this before?

Yep...one reason is stomach acid is backing up into your throat and allowing it to swell a little. You also may notice your voice being a little hoarse. If your doctor prescribed any of the meds to combat reflux (GERD) please take them. They'll do you a world of good.
