No, because although they know a lot of the main aspects of how the human brain works ther are still many uknown areas that they don't know. Do they know what part of the brain makes a person become a murderer or a child molestor or a rapist, of course not if they did then they would have a way to predict at a young age who would become those things and who would be the most vulnerable and perhaps have a medication for it.

It is amazing what they do already know. I just read that they found a part of the brain that might be linked to tobacco addiction. A man with a stroke suddenly lost his desire to smoke!

They are aware that they don't know everything.
The brain is very complex. There's reseach going on all the time. We may never know all there is to learn about the brain.
