Ok my dad passed almost 4yrs ago. He had this wife, I did'nt care that it wase'nt my mom, it was the person herself. Never got along with any of our family, just a total *****. Well they were together for 10yrs then she finally convinced him to marry her. Following there marriage she started collecting a number of insurance policies on my dad( we did'nt know). And on approlal of the third, my dad was found dead, the day after my brother had seen him.She had him cremated 4 citys away, in record time, by a friend. Not even 24hours from time of death. (Again, we knew nothing). Then when we asked for his remaines she stated that she had already went and spread them on thr bar room floor, where they had met. WHAT! we know she killed him. So, this lady who killed my dad called me this morning, (have'nt spoke to her since that)and asked me if she could see my daughter. I'm wanting to go to confront her , I'm afraid I'll blow and something stupied, but I'm needing to say something THAT'S MY DAD.

I wouldn't expose your daughter to her--you have really strong feelings about this woman, and it could be harmful for your daughter to see you confronting this woman, especially if you feel like you could lose control. I'm thinking that while confrontation might be good for you, just be careful--meet in a public place, perhaps have someone meet you at a set time afterwards, in case you are too upset to drive afterwards. If you make accusations, I'm not sure if this woman might threaten you with slander or threaten you and the rest of your family. I know how much you want to confront her, but think of all the consequences too, of doing that--could she hurt any of your family? Would she threaten to take you to court? Again, I wouldn't expose your child to this person, mostly because of your own strong feelings, but then again, she could be a potential danger too. Can you keep us informed as to what happens somehow?

Sadly, it is pretty much too late to do anything about it. Yes, you could file a police report, but he has already been cremated, so without witnesses, there is no evidence.

At this point, all you could try to get from her is a confession. If you want to see her tomorrow, then go ahead. Maybe you can try to get more details about his death. Tell her you think it was a little too odd. it is up to you, but I think I would try to meet with her and get a confession or at least more details. Remember, it is possible that she didn't kill him. Maybe talking to her will put you at peace.

Good luck!

Why does she want to see your daughter? were they close?? If you are uncomfortable with it just make excuses and she get busy with her own life ..As far as killing your father it's possible she didn't because the same thing happen to my dad she ceremated him really soon we did 'nt even get to pay respects ..but we know he died from his bad heart (heart attack) If your dad's death (murder) is that obvious don't you think the police would get invovled
