I think he's cute too.. should we just get it on? We don't live in the same room, just under the same apartment.
How do we actually "go out" and date when we have already gone out to eat and go to shows really often?

You should get it on go out on a romantic Italian dinner. Wear a fancy dress though with a good due so he sees the romantic side of you. He will be impressed and check you out more often.
When this is a usual like a couple times a month.........then when you know it's the right time he will think of ........ kissing you. Don't let him..... you kiss him first. Make sure you know he likes you this much though...or it won't work out that well!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Lol anway ya so make sure and it will work out fine.

I say just go out with a bang. Go visit him in his apartment, and ask him if he's free for dinner tonight. If he is, try to book a fancy candlelit dinner at a nice restaurant. After the dinner, take him back to his apartment. If he really likes you, he may try to kiss you. If so, just go with the flow. It all goes from there.

Theres no difference to dating friends and partners
just a differet level of affection
if your both dating then thats what'll happen
just make sure that you want to date and it wont ruin your friendship with that individual; in any sort of way

that's a good question, if i was you and you wanted to date rather than just go out i would ask him if he wanted to go to the movies and making eye contact with a smile say just the two of us and if he still doesn't get it then say but not as friends and smile even broader and raise your eyebrows in a way that says "yes that's what i mean"

I'M NOT REALLY CERTAIN WHAT "UNDER THE SAME APARTMENT" MEANS. BUT IF YOU LIVE IN THE SAME APARTMENT, WHY NOT JUST GO INTO HIS ROOM SOME NIGHT?
OR IF YOU LIVE IN THE SAME APARTMENT COMPLEX, GO UP TO HIS APARTMENT LATE AT NIGHT SOME NIGHT AND SEE WHERE IT GOES.

Don't rock the boat, your asking for trouble down the road! I've tried that and it does not work. It's like dating someone you work with.

maybe you should just ask him if he likes you. if you want to really actually "go out" with him, go on a trip with him. like somewhere you've never been 2. like an amusement park or something. have fun together.
