um.. they cant cut off every single little split end. You will look like a complete crazy person if you want a refund. Some split ends are not millimeters small. Some can be up to an inch split. Just go in there and say you expected more trimmed off and you were not happy with the results.

Dont get to irrational. Its not the end of the world. And a hair cut cant give you split ends or jack up your hair like some people advised you with in some of your answers

its not their fault you have split ends? i dont understand why you would do that. im not seeing it as their fault, split ends can occur anywhere on the hair shaft, they didnt screw up, its impossible to get rid of all the split ends even when you cut it...use a deep conditioner and lay off the blow dryer or flat iron.
