By no military intervention you mean no outside intervention, right? If that's the case, South Korea would kick North Korea's ***, unless North Korea hit South Korea with a few strategically aimed nukes first.

The North would at first be winning just because there would be so many Commies pouring across the border, they couldn't be shot fast enough. But since they cannot sustain supply lines they will eventually lose. South Korea would send a large force ashore in North Korea diverting North Korean forces from the south. This too will doom the Commies. The Korean War will be decided once and for all. With South Korea winning.

Military intervention is unavoidable, since North Korea believes South Korea is controlled by the US, and we still have troops at the DMZ. However, assuming Red China won't back them up, I'd say South Korea would win, because the people of North Korea are too busy being starved to death, when they're not being fed communist propaganda.

I feel that it would be a very long waged war between the two maybe centuries . but there would be military intervention from the U.S. defending south Korea so the south Koreans would win definitely.

Considering that south Korea has been a US puppet since the 1950s I would guess that they will mostly likely be armed with US technology, however Chinese technology is not bad either so I guess they would be pretty evenly matched , what would set them apart is the sheer will and determination.
An old North Korean tactic learnt from China is the human wave whereby you continually storm an enemy position with absolutely no regard for the amount of men that will be killed in doing so. You send wave after wave of men , in many cases without any armaments against an enemy position until it is overrun or they retreat.
The south could not stand up to that and I think they have probably got a bit soft anyway.
As much as I hate to say it , the North nearly won in the 1950s and they would probably do it again. Dont forget they have a bomb, a crap nuclear device is still a nuclear device.

Definitely North Korea because they have so much more troops and they may even have nuclear weapons. Also they nearly won in the 1950's and if it hadn't been for the U.S. they would have conquered the south.

Unless it devolves into guerrila warfare, technology will usually triumph over numbers. My money would be on South Korea.
