Hey guys,

For the past couple/few months, my left eardrum sporadically beats for a short period of time, stops, beats again, stops, and does it a few more times. It's almost as if my eardrum is having a spasm. My ear doesn't hurt - the drum just beats. Sometimes it wont beat for three days, sometimes I can't get it to stop beating. It has grown to be really irritating, but I've just lived with it. I don't think I have an ear infection, but do any of you know if something might be wrong? I didn't think so, but I'd rather ask. Thanks!

Sounds like u need to drop a few drops of olive oil in your ear, warm it up.
get an empty bottle , fill it with hot water , put on ear, could just be
alot of wax in ear.

Have you ever had a concussion or head injury? It's not uncommon to have your symptoms after something like that.
I'd still check withthe doctor if I were you.
