There is bus or train although they have cut the train schedule way back. The metro only goes as far as Germantown MD. There is an airport in Morgantown but you'd want to fly out of Pittsburgh, it takes a little over an hour to get to the airport.

Greyhound bus is probably your only option (quickest, cheapest and easiest). There is an airport in Morgantown but they don't have nonstop or direct flights to Washington so you'd have to change and it would take longer than Greyhound and cost a lot more. There isn't any Amtrak service at all.

No there isnt any type of public transportation from Morgantown. If there was I would have used it. Your best bet if you dont want to drive is grey hound, but thats going to cost you about 30 or so.

Greyhound Bus is the only transportation I am aware of. Pittsburgh is probably the closest airport.
