1. TIG - Very good eye hand coordination. Must learn to control the cup.
2. SMAW Small to heavy thickness. Practice before trying out of position.
3. MIG Very hard to stay in spray transfer, Easy for thin materials.
4 Oxyfuel Good practice for TIG. Watch the distortion.

Well, I'd put them in this order.
From hardest to easiest

1. Tig
2. Oxyfuel
3. SMAW
4. MIG

i think tig is generally considered the hardest to master
