It doesn't look like there any are in NYC, but there is one in Jersey at the Colorado Cafe in Watchung. http://www.coloradocafe.com/

There's also one in Long Island at Matty T's Roadhouse. I don't think the bull is there all the time though. http://www.mattyts.com/
