Because people are jerks. i have a aunt who has a mixed children and im preg with a half mex baby. But im happly married. Some people think it's wrong to go outside your race. but hey if there is love it shouldn't matter. People will have there opnions but you have your daughter. People don't care they just want to make you feel bad. There selfish and some are raised that way. Im sorry this happens to you. I lost some of my family cuz im pregnant by a mexican but i don't give a crap what people think His is a good man and is good to me. and our baby will be beautiful if it came out purple pink or yellow. People will always judge and there is nothing you can do. But if you let them see your aggrivated by it they will continue cuz they get there joy from your pain. I don't care what people think and i honestly think some are jealouse. and just don't want to amit it.

they are ignorant and have nothing better to do! My children are also mixed except no one can tell what they are! The guesses I get are just insane! I don't feel I have too many issues so far but they aren't in school yet. I think it also depends where you live. Good Luck. Mine are ages 2 and 3 by the way!

It is a sad sad world we live in. People find it so easy to pass judgements without stopping to think about the other person's feelings and/or situation.
Like it or not, a lot of people are still racist and look down on inter-racial families. I say, love is eternal and beyond skin color. As a spiritual person I know that religion is beyond skin color and I wish society in general would look beyond skin as well.

Don't worry sweetie. People are jerks. I love Zoe so much. She's so beautiful. And she's just like her daddy. And to the girl about the baby turning blonde. In a way i can feel your worry. My parents are exscrutately racist and i'm scared of letting them near Seans daughter. I know she's going to grow up to be beautiful and all the boys are going to want her and i never want my parents to make her think she's otherwise. If she turns out to have blonde hair. Just make sure her grandparents treat her kindly if not accept her. Make sure they realize that she is their granddaughter. Blond hair or not. Good luck to you. :)

Some people are very curious. Some people seem to like to show their ignorance. Pay them no mind. Just thank God that you have a healthy child. I have 7 children of 7 different shades. I just let the people wonder. It gives them something to do. lol

My BeF has the same thing happen. People worry that her husband isn't the father of her children, not that it's anybody's business or anything. She chalks it up as people being concerned that her children are safe (that is, not getting kidnapped). But yes, after a while, it can get old.
Let it roll off, though. You're her parents, and she's your baby, and that's all that matters.

Just human nature, I'm afraid. Don't try to change people. Change the way you react to it. In the grand scheme of things, does it make any difference if strangers don't approve of you? Think about why you care what others think.

Get used to it.
Some people spray on a tan, some people spend thousands to belong to a tanning salon, and some people don't care either way.
That's human nature - and usually something else gets their attention when they're thinking "what's new".
Get over it - and ignore them - you are proud of your child and that's all that matters.
GOD bless us always.

Do people expect that you can change that? Mixed babies are really beautiful (all babies are beautiful) because they have such unique features....you daughter is going to have to grow up around these people though, so I guess that it is best just to tell her how awesome she is and tell everyone else that they are stupid!

Tell them you were abducted by aliens and the experiment was better than expected....then walk proudly away from these people you don't want to associate with leaving they mouths hanging open.
