you really need to go for a dump, it will be a big one, but don't be alarmed at it. if needs be break it up with the toilet brush before attempting to flush the beast

Drink fluids. Cranberry juice works really well to get the stomach going - I've worked at a hospital and nursing home, and we always gave the patients/elderly cranberry juice when constipated. Try it out.
Also, it's important to move around. If you just sit or lay down your stomach will stop working - exercise keeps the bowels moving, so go for a couple of walks.
And, of course, drink water - constipation are often an effect of dehydration, so make sure you drink sufficiently.
Good luck.

You could try drinking lots of water, and also a glass with some bicarbonate of soda in it - might disperse the wind.
If yuo are not hungry, then leave eating till you are, but make sure you keep up the fluids as this will aid the constiptation. Also some fruit?

Can you localize for me? Is it above or below the umbilicus? Bloatedness may mean gas or fecal stasis (you said you're constipated). Gas may form from laxatives you take or from foods you eat. If your pain is in the epigastric area (Above the umbilicus, just below the sternum), then you might have to look into your stomach. Gallbaldder disease may also cause bloatedness, especially if the discomfort is related to fatty foods. Stool formation is dependent on fiber and fluids so have a balance of both to correct your constipation.

Warm Water with 1/2 Lemon! Drink slowly. Starts your inside juices flowing.
For trapped wind drink a can of soda water and just let it rip.
If you have peppermint tea make some, it will sooth your tummy.

There are 3 for sure things to do that will solve this problem your having
and here they are.
Eat a full meal really rather you wish to or not! To fill you! then ...
Take a soap enema ( insert a piece of ivory soap in rectum)!A small piece use to move bowels! Dont FORGET to WASH HANDS PROPERLY- Afterwards! drink 2 ounces of coffee! fairly strong
this also get rid of headaches and minor pains without medicines or chemical preparations
try it & tell me if it works
so you know you fill the upper tract of the digestive system and empty the lower digestive tract! it works but they never tell you simple method having the many rely on over the counter chemicals way too much!
you will feel great after this regimin
the steps to this is...
EAT
COFFEE

well just relieve yourself when you need to if you have wind. its best not to eat a lot cos it might probably worsen. ive heard that things like weetabix are good and fruit if you have that sort of problem or even wholemeal bread. if you get this alot it might even be ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) i had it when it was younger, its not serious but it can give u constipation and that i just got tablets for it really and it helped a lot.!
hope u feel better!
