i think there's this stuff called Lactaid that you can put on diary foods before you eat them. i don't know if it works or not....

Lactaid Fast Act. It can be found over the counter in Walgreens, CVS, etc! But you should go to a doctor to get diagnosed and treated correctly. Good luck!

Lactaid pills are great! I'm lactose intolerant myself and they work great. I use the generic kind because they work the same but they aren't as expensive.
