How do you find out if i owe taxes ot the IRS???

For the tax year that ended 12/31/06? Collect your W-2's and all other relevant tax documents and visit a tax preparer. For prior years... the IRS is... pretty good about letting you know if you shorted them.

Did you get your W2 in the mail yet? This is the form from your employer that shows what you were paid and how much tax was withheld. Take that information to HR Block or get one of the tax software programs. They will figure out if you owe money or will be getting a refund.

If you mean for prior years, then you should have received notice from them, you can call 1-800-829-1040 to find out.
If you mean for the current tax year, you need to fill in the tax form using your W2 information to determine if you owe or have a refund coming
