I don't recommend the panhandle. Like a previous poster said, the panhandle is redneck country. I've been a florida resident my whole life, but when I went to the panhandle once, I was shocked at how UNlike florida it was. Other parts of florida are great. Just stay in either Orlando or one of the coasts. Miami is nice to visit, but it has a high crime rate, so don't move there.

Check out what part of Florida you want to move too. be sure it is where you want to be. tell your daughter she will be fine moving/living elsewhere.
she has friends and doesn't want to leave them. understandable.
she will make new friends and can still stay in touch with her other friends and visit sometime.
talk to her. explain why you want to move.
