Physical symptoms are as follows:
Hormonal Changes (moodiness that was not present prior), vomiting, being really loving and wanting belly rubbed, pink nipples, generally going into "Mommy Mode" - following you around try to clean you, carring small soft objects around, trying to make a nest. These are just some of them, all cats are a little different. The vet can gentley palpate for kittens about 4 weeks after conception. They will only show up on X-ray once their bones begin to calicfy - about 6 1/2 to 7 weeks into pregnacy, cats gestation is about 8 weeks. But by that point you already know she is going to have babies because they usually become round as a bowling ball by that point. Good Luck with your Kitties if she is!

Hi there, the first thing that you'll notice is that she stops calling or coming into season and she may get a touch of morning sickness (not necessarily in the morning).
Then - as someone has already said, about three to five weeks after her last season, you may notice that her nipples swell, become more prominent or change colour - this is known as 'pinking up'. Then a couple of week later you'll notice that her belly is definately swelling.

You could probably go to the vet and see. But, when my cat was prego we weren't planning on it, so one day we noticed that she was a bit bigger (and shes not a fat cat), and she didn't let anyone pick her up or even touch her belly. The day that she had them, we knew she would because she had some white discharge come out outside. And she also tried hiding in a box. Hope this helps. Good luck.

apart from waiting, no longer likely. in the 1st few weeks no longer something will prepare til approximately 3 or 4 weeks while her nipples will pink up, stand out and he or she'll lose some hair from around there. Her character could exchange somewhat- nesting instinct kicks in, and easily in the final couple of weeks will her abdomen rather prepare. being pregnant lasts approximately 60-sixty 5 days sturdy success!

Besides taking her to a vet?
See if her appetite has increased. Her disposition may change a bit and after a week or two you should be able to feel the kittens between her legs as her pregnancy progresses.
And of course is that she stops going into heat.

At about 3-5 weeks, her nipples will enlargen and become red, after that will gain weight, appetite, become more affectionate. they are pregnant for about 63-65 days (give or take a couple).

You have two choices: (1) watch her belly swell and then take to a vet for confirmation or (2) wait about two months and see how many kittens are born.

If she's is over 4 months old and not spayed, she's pregnant!
Cats are great breeders, they go into heat and stay in heat until they get pregnant, then continue to get pregnant after the litters are born until someone spays them.
Call the SPCA and animal control for information on low cost spay for her. They have programs to help.

Take it to the vet.
Also, you can watch to see if she goes into "Mommy Mode" which is when she will:
a) follow you around and try to (yes!) clean you
b) Carry around small objects
c) Try to make a comfy "nest" to give birth in
Mommy mode is really cute to watch.
Good Luck!

You will see changes in her attitudes, her nipples will get bigger and pink by the third week.
I would take her to the vets and they can tell you there and then.
