There is no such station as 'Heath Way' and I am not sure what you mean by 'Stanford le Hope translation'

I am going to assume therefore, that you mean HEATHROW station to Stanford-le-Hope. You can get a Heathrow Express to Paddington, then a Circle Line Underground train (Eastbound) to Tower Hill Station, it's a short walk then to Fenchurch Street Station from where there is a regular service to Stanford-le-Hope. Alternatively, you can catch an Underground Piccadilly Line train from Heathrow, change at King's Cross on to the eastbound Circle Line and then as before.

District Line train from Heathway to Upminister. Then c2c train to Grays, changing there for a c2c train to Stanford-le-Hope (there might be a through train from Upminster to Standford-le-Hope via Grays)

You mean Dagenham Heathway therefore take the District Line train from Dagenham Heathway to Upminister. Step over to the adjacent platform and take a c2c train (they are a nice purply colour and I use them everyday) to Stanford-le-Hope.
