To believe in Jesus Is to believe in the atonement the Isa of Islam is not the Christ of the Bible. Jesus is the salvation of those who accept the atonement. Isa has no power to save anyone.

Islam and Christianity are two branches of the same religion. Christianity was preached by Jesus who was the prophet of God, but people believed otherwise and made him God, which he himself never once stated. Even the Christians themselves argue over this - one bible is different to another bible. Essentially the bible teaches one faith one religion one god!!

This text became corrupted when people started to make additions to the original divine message sent from god, so a final testament was revealed - The Holy Quran which in effect does not teach anything different, but it is more refined on the teachings of the bible, only this time the Prophet Muhammad was chosen to spread the word of god. The Quran in contrast to the bible has NOT CHANGED EVER SINCE IT WAS REVEALED, which is also the divine message of god.

Both religions believe in Jesus, they both believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ.

To obtain eternal life one has to believe in all of Gods revelations and Prophets, and not be selfish and against each other.

The difference is that Muslims believe in Jesus (pbuh) as he truly was a great prophet and human being who preached monotheism - whilst Christians believe in Paul the pagan's version of Jesus changed to accomodate pagan beliefs like Mitraism

Muslims do not "believe in Jesus". If they did they would believe what he said and follow his teachings. Muslims make Jesus out to be a liar. The Bible says the devil "believes" in Jesus. Believing he existed is not the same as believing in Him. Believing in Jesus entails believing and following everything He taught which Muslims do not do.

Saved from what??? The sin committed by Adam and Eve? In Islam: "each person is accounted for his deeds not for others" we will not be prosecuted for wha the others do, even if it is Father of Humanity, Adam.
If Christians think Jesus saved them, fine. Let them be. We are happy with Mohammed, with all due respect to Jesus. If Christians are the only ones going to heaven, they should rejoice, we will not be there..since some think we are going to hell.

Jesus got here to keep all. the different religions really do not push the want to be "saved". Buddha sought a diverse way for himself, others followed because he gave the impression to be onto some thing(I disagree consisting of his teachings) Abraham and David did not come to keep all of us contained in the experience you're speaking. They were leaders of their human beings, certain, notwithstanding the did not provide salvation to all of us. Rama, Shiva, Krishna et al are merely the deities of the Hindus. The represent diverse aspects of Brahman, the godhead source of each and every thing in Hinduism. Lao-tse turned right into a instructor , yet lower back i do not keep in mind any want to be reconciled to a deity is Taoism. Stephen hawking might want to probable have his digital voice snigger at you for suggesting that he become right here to keep all of us. lower back the atheists do not trust contained in the want to be saved. Muhammad on the different hand would have felt he become "saving" the Muslims, yet he become no longer saving them himself only providing the astounding message(lower back I disagree with Islam). Saving is critical because we nonetheless do what isn't correct. i'm a Christian so by technique of default for sure i'm a sinner, and trust everybody is a sinner. i do not hate the human beings who violate God's regulations, I pity them. i'm chuffed in the adventure that they turn from their strategies. some "Christians" ignore the forgiveness and love area of issues. regrettably in addition they have a tendency to be those that make headlines. The 50 delicate spoken ones handing out nutrition to the homeless do no longer make the information, notwithstanding the 5 on the nook protecting up vicious "protest" indicators at a funeral will be on nationwide television. those form make me as ill as they probable do you.

The Jesus found in the Koran is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. In fact, you will read in the Koran that the Jesus they "believe in" is NOT the Son of God, did NOT die on a cross, was a liar and was not resurrected.

Two different people.... One died for your sins.... One was a liar.

I choose the Jesus of the Bible, who offers life everlasting.

Thats just prejudice coming through. People need to grow up. The only thing required is a belief in Jesus and the Abrahamic god.

Anyone can accept God's gift of eternal life. Not only must you believe in Jesus, but you must accept him into your heart and to ask for forgiveness of your sins (We all sin everyday, we're not perfect and we live in a sin filled world). You have to truely believe that he is God's son, who came to Earth to teach us of God's wonderful love and expectations, and who took on the sins of the world and died for and with them on the cross. To be "born again" is a free gift and choice anyone can make. Faith, believing in God, Jesus's death on the cross for us, and accepting him into your heart is all it takes to have eternal life in heaven with the Lord. He is a Loving and giving God. You don't need to look at it as "religion", but a relationship with God. When you truely have faith in God and accept him in your heart and "washed in the blood of the lamb/born again" he is with you forever. Truely give your life to the Lord and you'll never regret it. He just makes all the stress and troubles in life dissapear. With God anything is possible. Truely have faith, read the Bible (don't listen to what most people tell you, read the bible yourself..too many wolves in sheep's clothing lol), and ask God to open your eyes and show you the truth, and that you do have purpose. No matter what color, creed, nationality you are you are still God's child and he loves you. Anyone can accept him and have eternal life with him. I could go on and on here...hope this sort of helps. =)

-Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.-Revelations 3:20 He's saying all you have to do is let me in (your heart and life) and you have eternal life with me.

If you truely believe in Jesus, that He is God, that He died upon the cross for your sins, then why would you not do as He asks. Some people don't believe in Jesus they believe some things about Him, it's not the same as believing in something. We show our belief through our actions.
