This is a quote from an answer from a Christian that I just read:

"...another prime example of the Athiests war on God. "

Believers, do you really think atheists are actively fighting this war?

I highly suspect it is just the Christians. I believe in God but I certainly don't think there is any Atheist war on God.

I imagine the majority of Atheists want the same thing I do - for the Christians to go believe whatever they want but stop insisting that we all have to live by their religion.

I will admit that I am, in a sense, fighting a "war" against the belief in god. I think the world would be a much better place without that crazy notion that gods exist. I know that "god is dead", but the dangerous beliefs live on.

My campaign is not really war-like; it's really education. And there really is no enemy -- my education efforts are aimed at helping people who are currently deluded.

Some atheists are. Just read "Answers" for a while, and you'll see what I mean!
Of course, it is rather strange to fight a war against something you don't believe exists! LOL

Something Christians just can't seem to understand is that Atheists aren't fighting a war on god. They're fighting for you to learn to keep your religion to yourself and not force everyone else to live by YOUR rules.

As an atheist who doesn't believe in God why would I be fighting a war against a non existent notion... simply not sharing their belief in God is construed as an attack by many Christians...too bad I guess but unreason is their problem not mine.

"Our purpose ought to no longer be to argue own critiques, yet only recent the Gospel and appreciate their determination." "God has performed a miracle and adjusted our hearts and we only go with you to journey the same component." and then, regardless of each and everything of this.. "I confess that I have loved the argument for my personal own sake and also concept-about you close up minded, boastful, and ignorant." i extremely do not imagine call calling must be needed in the experience that your god existed.

No I don't, first I don't think you guys are like that and second of all you can't have a "war on god" just like you can't have a "war on terrorism"; they both are not politically correct

No need. It will wither away under it's own weight. The masses will become better educated and more disillusioned by the inconsistencies and abuses of the various sects of Christianity.

That is, of course, if we survive as a species - that remains to be seen.

How exactly do people fight a war against something they don't believe in? That's like saying you are going to fight the tooth fairy cause the ***** didn't leave you enough money.
