Its a recreational drug made of marijuana, PCP, and formaldehyde......a very deadly combination. It kills brain cells which is what causes it's effects.
I've never done it but have seen someone I thought was crazy (running down the street naked before attacking 2 people for no reason) but it turned out he was "wet" or on "wet". It was pretty scarey.

Wet doesnt necessarily have to be laced with pcp..the most common form is just a simple marijuana cigarette or most often a blunt dipped in formhaldahyde and allowed to completley dry before u smoke it....its some pretty nasty stuff and the formhaldahyde dip will really hurt you both physically and mentally..

from what i undrstand the other answer is correct but they used to call it "water" in the 80's-90's
