Why did you not have her spayed after the first litter??! Yes, you can still have her spayed while pregnant if she is not too far along. I suggest you call the vet and set up an appt. She does not have to have these kittens. It is not cruel to get her spayed while pregnant...it is a responsible decision as you will not be contributing to the pet overpopulation problem and you will not be causing more unwanted pets or the death of any unwanted pets.

Being more responsible would be a good start. For Pete's sake it isn't rocket science. Get your cat to a vet immediately. Even if she is pregnant she can be spayed and that will abort the kittens.

You need to get her spayed. If she is pregnant, spaying will abort the kittens, and it will prevent her from ever having another litter.
There are so many unwanted kittens in the world that animal shelters are having to euthanize perfectly good kittens just because there's not enough available homes for them. Contrary to popular belief, cats can get spayed while pregnant (it's just a bit more expensive, and a bit riskier to the cat, due to the vascularity of the pregnant uterus). You aren't cruel for not wanting any more kittens. It's better for her to be spayed and the litter aborted than have them wander the earth as homeless animals, unwanted, unloved, and doomed to die a terrible death.
Hope this helps...

The only way you can abort the kittens is to get her spayed now...before she goes too far along in her pregnancy. If you don't get her spayed, then she'll continue to get pregnant while nursing kittens. One cycle after another. Best of luck to you.

Most vets charge an additional 10 to 15 dollars to spay a pregnant pet.
It's worth it.
Cats can get pregnant hours after having a litter and it's almost impossible to prevent them from constantly being pregnant.
Call animal control or the SPCA if you need help paying. They have programs to help.

I'd ring up a Vet & ask advice (hopefully advice is free when you ring). However, I imagine that you'll be advised to get her spayed. (I think this can be done even if she's pregnant - as long as she's not too far along - ie belly not swollen)
There seems to be quite useful points on the pros/cons of spaying when pregnant on this website:

You can tell by the nipples being enlarged. And yes, please have her spayed before she has the kittens. Don't wait for some vets won't do it after a certain time. My vet will do anytime and I have had many get spayed when they were pregnant (I rescue) and have had no problems.

Unfortunately, they don't do a pregnancy test kit for kitties.
If you get her spayed, it will abort the kittens and stop the same thing happening again.
Hope she's ok xxxx

You go and get her SPAYED ASAP!!! She does not need to be spending her life as a kitten machine. SPAY NOW. It will take care of this litter and prevent this from happening again.

You're gonna have to take her to the vet and get her spayed. Spaying will take care of the pregnancy if any, and you won't have this problem again!
If she's a purebred and you're trying to breed her, I'm afraid you're stuck!
