You don't DON'T, You will need to use Consult 2 or if the software has been issued over there, Consult 3.
The Sentra uses Nissan Anti Theft System(nats) and the will be a code encrypted on the immu(immob cont unit) or secu(smart ent cont unit) The info on these componants will have to be sent to Nissan who return the code usually same day via intranet.

You can do one of two things. If you want a factory key fob you can go to your local Nissan dealer and get one programed. They do this using Consult II, or the newly introduced Consult III. Or you can get an aftermarket remote starter/alarm system installed. This is assuming you have power locks already in your vehicle.

Most dealerships will program a remote for free because it takes like 1 min. I now I work for one.
