Your mobile without a doubt.
You don't have the TV manufacturers saying don't spent more than 20 Min's on it at any one time.....do you....
If in doubt read the full book that comes with your phone.
No definite proof of causing cancer,,, as yet
And now they are doing a study into wireless PCs so watch out all, hehe but don't worry they say they are no where near as bad as mobile phones the study will take 2 years......Another ... and that was on the news 3 days ago
Prrrrrrrrrrrrr

The phone. I have never heard of anyone claiming even a vague link between a TV and cancer. A TV is just a receiver not a transmitter - the only radiation it makes is light from the screen. Perhaps if I had 5000 TVs I might get skin cancer from the bright light.
So yeah the phone because it is a transmitter.

Televisions don't emit radiation, and mobile phones have never been linked to causing cancer
its scare mongering and supposition

a phone is more harmful, but neither will harm you if used in correct amounts i.e: dont constantly sit in front of your tv, and dont hold the phone to your ear 24/7
