It's the best part, don't you agree?

I LOVE PUDDING SKIN..but since I have been grown (many years now) I haven't had it. My mom always made me pudding when I was little. She would put it in fancy little dessert glasses and leave the plastic off of the top on purpose so I would have a whole layer of pudding skin!

Love you Mom!!!!

My kids love it; it's their favorite part of the pudding; cooked chocolate pudding makes the best skin! Jello even came out with little snack bits of pudding that tasted just like pudding skin, but I can't find them anymore, so maybe pudding skin is not that popular....

Pudding skin is fine for me with most puddings that have it but It depends on the pudding for me. There are 2 puddings I don't care for they are Chocolate and Tapioca.. they are terrible by themself but for some reason they taste good combined! Other puddings are good even Grapefruit Pudding but I don't like Grapefruit by itself! Butterscotch pudding is my favourite pudding! The skin of it too!

There is a Seinfeld episode where George makes pudding just for the skin and packages them as "Pudding Skin Singles". So, somebody must, but not me.

Yes, I agree. Jeez, I thought I was the only weirdo in the world that likes that stuff! It's great, but you hardly ever get it anymore because of all the damned instant puddings out there.

Of course you're not the only one. As a kid, I would hope that my mom would forget to put the plastic wrap on top of the pudding. If she had forgotten, then I got that special treat. You know, that's kind of like just wanting to eat the top of a muffin. Top of the muffin to you!
