well I say if your able to ask her out that's the hardest part. So I think that you should go up to her and say I was just wondering if there would be any problem if I could maybe get your cell phone number so we could talk a little bit more.

Talk to her and say nice things about her. Like about her clothes, or personilty. Don't go with your eyes are so pretty trick. If she seems like she likes it give her your # first. Then you can ask her for her #.
