i started making money when i was thirteen by tutoring...but then again, i'm a genius. B) haha jkjk

theres not that much you can do, especially if you are a boy. perhaps mow the lawn....hmph. if your neighborhood isn't into letting boys do that (like mine), then i suggest you wash your parents' car and then offer to wash other peoples' cars, too.

remember, don't act rash. i'm fifteen, btw.

Would your parents be willing to let you babysit.

Could you walk neighborhood dogs or take care of neighborhood animals.

Could you do weeding, lawn mowing, raking leaves or other yard work.

Could you do simple housecleaning.

Make sure you discuss it with your parents first. Tell them why you feel you need the money. Why you really want to do this.

You could get a job as a newspaper delivery boy, try cutting lawns, raking leaves, and shovelling snow or try babysitting. That's about all you can do without a work permit.

Seeing how you are only 12 ask your folks if they would mind you getting a job mowing others lawns or helping people (older folks) clean out their garages etc.

walk dogs, mow lawns, or see if your church or school could use a boy to do chores like cleaning or painting.
