Singapore Poly or Ngee Ann Poly, which one offer better couse.?

Question

I finished my O level this year and decide to go Poly after this. I have went to the open house for both Poly. Two courses catches me. Civil and Structrual Engineering in s SP and the other one is Film, Sound and Media in NP. My interest this in the field of Media but I am not very talented. I somehow have some interest in Structrual Engineering because I think that there is prospect after I graduate. Which one should I go for?
