Well you could be the one to start a rumor about it then when he ask you is it true just tell him yes and see how things go or write him a note that tells him how much you like him.

I think you can, all you have to do is hang out with him, if he stares at you or he is mean to u he likes you, or if hes really nice, or you could be like me and not be shy this is what i would do, i would go up to him and say, DO YOU LIKE ME CAUSE I LIKE YOU SO WILL U GO OUT WITH ME AWSOME OK IM GLAD WE HAD THIS TALK BUBI!!! and then walk away like nothing happened.
