When you decide that you are tired of trying to work on the relationship... even when you are married you have to work on the relationship.... so, when you don't want to work at it... it is over!

Well it depends what you want to call over! hehe
I will take it as a relationship question as it is posted in the single and dating section! Over is over when your gut says its over... Over is when there is no more love between the parties concerned. When you dont like spending time with each other and when you dont get along or when you start noticing other people.... Over can be when the other party has strayed ie. cheated with someone else... that is definatly over!!!
