I have a 3 month-old kitten & i'm confused about it's gender.It's got a sac after the anal opening & then something like penis & two nipples. The man who sold it to me told me it's a female, he's an expert.

They have nipples- all mammals have nipples- male and female.
A sac after the anal opening? Are you sure it is not before? Plus cats do not extend (show) their penis unless they are breeding.
A male would have one anal hole and right underneath it- two fuzzy balls (might not be present yet) and that is about all you would see.
A female would have two holes- spaced apart from each other, and nothing that looks like fuzzy balls between them.

If the man who sold it to you is an expert and he says the kitten is female, then she is! The "sac" after the anus could just be thick padding of skin and fur before the vagina. It is very pronounced in some kittens so that thye are easily confused to be testicles. And yes, male cats do have nipples - the same number and same area where female cats have them. Just like us - human males have nipples too in exactly the same place on the chest females do. :)

Male cats do have nipples. A general rule is..if you hold the cats tail up a male will look like a : and a female like an upside down !. Its a good idea with any animal that you get that you take it to a vet to have its general health checked and get any vaccines that are needed. A vet would be able to tell you for sure what it is. They get this question quite frequently.

Ok male and female cats do have nipples, so that won't help. If the cat has something dangling under the anus, it is a male. If there is just another opening, that is a female. Neutered males will still have something, but it won't be as large as an unaltered cats testes.

both male and female cats have nipples. If an expert told you it was a female it probably is but you should probably take it to the vet and have them look at it. They will spay/neuter it so that no matter what gender it is it will not add to the amount to unwanted animals that are out there.

Yes, both males and females have nipples. Men have nipples, cats are no different.

yeah the boy cats have em 2
i had this problem to when my grandmother gave me my
first kitten she siad it was a boy and i asked bout the nipples
and she said it was a girl
then i asked her again and she said its a girl
i didnt know til
my cat started growing the male things
so yeah
lol
so yeah boy cats have em..though im not sure why
