You are REALLY thin and tiny, so don't think fat! Above all DO NOT DO A FADDY DIET as you will end up starving your body and the moment you eat normally you will put the weight back on plus more. I'm not going to say don't worry about it because I know what it's like. But the best advice I can offer is a do a sport which involves your heart beating faster, so swimming, running or cycling. As well as this, so some stomach exercises like sit ups. This will result in you putting on muscle (and I don't mean bulking up like a weightlifter, it will just make you more toned) so that you will see the definition. Do it with a group and you'll have fun, meet new people and maybe have no time to actually worry about it anyway. Life is WAY too short to be worrying about your body as long as you're within a healthy weight. I wish someone had told me that when I was 12 (though I probably wouldn't have listened anyway!).
Just to add to this really long answer, look at the people who others find attractive. It's not the ones with perfect bodies, but the ones who are genuinely happy, smile lots and are fun to be with. There is nothing more offputting than someone who is obsessed with food. Love life, and others will love you.

The rule is that for the first 5 feet you should weigh 100 lbs, and an additional 5 lbs for every inch over that. Since you are so close to being 5 feet, off by one inch, I would say that you ideal body weight is 100 lbs plus or minus 10 lbs. Since you are 67 lbs, I'd say you are underweight and losing is not an option for you at this time. If you have an untone belly, which I doubt, then do some sit ups to tighten up that area. Diet won't help you here. Good luck.

Hey babe, i'm 14 years old, 5ft 5 and i weigh 8stone. I think im totally fat but mates think im getting very boney. Anyway im going thrugh hell at the moment calorie counting and stuff like that. What youve got now is puppy fat and by the time your round about 16 it will all fall off. Trust me i has a fatty tummy when i was your age and because ive got taller the fat has stretched out if you get what i mean. Just don't get yourself into an eating disorder like i have, its not good and love yourslef, i bet yer beautiful anyways.
P.S if you want to do a little toning on your stomach, do about 40 sit ups each day ( 20 in the morning and 20 in the evening ) and stick to a very low sugary diet ( 2000 calories a day for a growing gal like you )

At this age unless you are very round you can't really be fat. Over the next 4 or 5 years you will grow a lot and any fat you have no will be used towards making your body into a womanly body. I would just eat healthy and do some exercise and you will be fine. Don't diet until you are fully grown just keep healthy.
The worst thing you can do is worry about your weight - just have fun and do well in school. Worrying will just make you unhappy and stressed.
And have a great 12th birthday in April!

You're NOT fat. your weight sounds just about right for your height. My daughter is also 12 and thinks that she is fat, she isn't.
If you worry about having a little wieght around your tummy, just do a few sit ups each day to tighten the muscle around your tummy area, you don't need to diet, and probably don't need to do sit ups but if it makes you feel better it won't do any harm.
Don't worry about it, everyone is different, my other daughter is like a stick insect, she's a bag of bones, its just natural though.
Your perfect as you are, speak to your mum/sister/gran or even your doctor if you are worried.

it is extremely complicated to assert if we do not recognize your body construct. If all of your weight is body fat it is at your abdomen, even at only 121 lbs you'll nonetheless be seen fat for my area. If it is specifically muscle, you would not be in any of those diverse kinds, you'd be muscular. once you've a common construct, you'd be seen popular, or maybe skinny, at that weight. Like I reported, it is complicated to inform with only a top and weight.

Honey, you're not fat, if anything u could prob do with gaining a few pounds! As long as you eat a healthy diet and have a good exercise regime u will be fine. The fat on your tummy will go as you get older. You are far too young to be worrying about this, enjoy your youth! Believe me i spent years as a bulimic and exercise freak, it's not Worth it. love who you are!!

im also 13 5"3ft and weigh 100lb so you"d be like about 80 lb if you were my height. you are a bit underweight but still at a pretty good weight im just a fat woman so dont listen to me, it would be so cool if i could look like you, dont loose anymore cuz it wont be healthy.just do what i do, eat healthy and do situps!

you are NOT fat at all.
as you are only 12 do not go on any silly diet to loose weight.
it's a good time to start eating healthily, up your intake of fresh fruit and veg but don't cut your calories, you need them as you are still growing.
the 'fat' on your tummy is probably what is known as puppy fat and will disappear as you grow.
please talk to an adult about your feelings, can your talk to your mum or auntie or a teacher.

what fat.. wheni was almost 12 (my birthday is in april too) i was about .... 80 pounds. i realllllyyyyy advise you against trying to lose weight by dieting or anything. you really dont have to worry. youll be fine. :) but if you want to get "in shape" thats a different story. dancing or swimming or running is a great way to get in shape.
