The shirts designed for warm/hot weather. Should they be hand washed? Machine washed gentle cycle?

machine wash with other garments in whatever cycle with whatever soap - it doesn't matter.
Then hang dry. I have dried this stuff in the dryer to no ill effect, but it is probably better to not subject the garment to the extreme heat of the dryer.

Just don't use too much soap, it's been known to break down the materials in the shirt quicker.

put it in the machine using cold water, and let it dry on a hanger or something, DONT PUT IT IN THE DRYER. i have reebok and nike shirts but the are basicly the same thing.
