Be there for her, sit with her, hold her, let her talk . . . don't always feel you have to 'solve' her problem or situation. Hold her and sit quietly with her while letting her talk or her simply feeling cared for by your embrace and don't feel a sense to rush away...let yourself be there for as long as she wants you to hold her.

Usually the best thing you can do is listen. Don't judge anything she has to say and (especially for us guys) try not to fix things for her. She will appreciate just being able to talk her situation out. I had a similar problem with a friend that was seriously considering divorcing her husband. I'm no where near having a wife, but by just letting her voice her feelings and helping her reach her own conclusion later was she able to deal with her situation.

You listen to her and try to help her out(if it's about a boy just say you'll beat him up-that will bring a smile on her face-she will think it's sweet but don't do it!) take her to see a comedy or some other movie or I don't know..Bring her sweets

if a gilr is sad... take her by her hand... and take her to a circus... comedy play or ever a night in with a movie she likes... the aim is to make the few hours u spend with her all about her...and make sure she knows it... talk to her tell her bad knock knok jokes... make funny face not to make her laugh... but to make her know u are willing to make an *** of yourself to be with her...

Talk to her, tell her nice jokes, take her to a happy movie, buy her gifts, hold her hand and go for long walks.
