Unless it is REALLY hot, it should be okay...Even then a couple of hours unless it has a lot of mayo(one of the salads) will be fine.

Don't worry about what they eat or what they do... the turkey and ham sandwiches should be fine for up to 2 hours max out of a refrigerated environment. With the tuna, I would not reccomend leaving that out prior to immediate consumption for over 1/2 an hour. The "ideal" temperature range to breed bacteria is from 41*F to 140*F and left over food should be quickly reheated to 160*F (within 30 minutes) for at least 5 minutes holding time at 160*F before serving again. These are the minimum requirements and quite possibly have changed in the past 2 years.
Hope this helps answer some other food safety issues for everyone.

The turkey and ham should be okay for a few hours, but I wouldn't take a chance on the tuna fish, especially if it's tuna salad. Stuff with lots of mayo goes stinko really fast. I wouldn't even trust it for an hour outside the fridge.

Well, ASK them what kind of sandwich they bring. Then you know if you can safely bring that kind of sandwich & leave it out a few hours.
In general, 3 or 4 hours doesn't make a big difference, even w/ tuna fish. If in doubt, leave out the mayonaise.

yes you can, as long as you made it fresh at home that morning, or took it out of the fridge that morning. I leave all of my lunch meals 'out' from the time I arrive at work until lunch which is about 5 hours. I have never had a problem.

no longer a strong concept. eating some thing that sat out that lengthy and has been contained in the refrigerator that lengthy will placed you at very intense probability for food poisoning. yet hi, in case you want to probability spending the subsequent day or 2 contained in the bathroom with each and every thing popping out of both ends, bypass for it...

Yes it is fine to leave your lunch or for hte morning before you eat it. It won't hurt it. You don't want to leave meat out overnight or anything though.
