Knee to shoulder
crunchs
hovering on ex bike that hold your weight
put your hands straight down on the floor paralle and lower leg on the ground and lift one leg straight out with opp hand and change

do an ab class at a gym they will give you a heap of ideas and would be able to tell you if your doing it right

I've just learnt a new one V you lift your low ab and legs to make a V

Try doing your sit-ups on an exercise ball. Pilates is also great for abdominal toning.
