Easy, the real one has a different company name.

The clone companies are not trying to confuse you with real or fake. They tell if it's real or not.

Standard ladies clubs are lighter, generally different shafts and different lofts than mens clubs. Ladies clubs are shorter and the kick point - where the shaft flexes - is usually higher up. A womans swing tends to be slower and more controlled so the extra length of whippyness adds to the clubhead speed.
