Please make sure that this is your last puff. You've done very well for not smoking don't start on this nasty stuff. You will get hooked and wished you never took that first puff.

Well, for the average weed smoker, that is someone who does it on a routine basis, it takes thirty days, minimum, for the traces of the drug to leave the body system. Could be you may have inhaled some but, I really wouldn't be too concerned about it. Unless you were going for a drug screen or something. If so, wait a few weeks before testing.

I am not a doctor, but saw Body Worlds 3 in Houston Texas.
Most impressive were the lungs that were in smokers bodys, & the lungs of non smokers that lived in a city with a lot of pollution.
Both looked about the same, black and tar saturated tissue.

You would have loved to see it with a question like you have asked.

If you didn't feel the effects then it won't have entered your blood stream. It doesn't matter how long you stay off it, cannabis is a drug and will have changed the psychical makeup of the chemicals in your brain. Don't smoke weed, you'll lose all your brain cells and people will keep ringing you up asking you if you have any.

The chemical compounds will stay in your body as long as it takes your system to fully metabolize them. An average for weed is 3 days to 2 weeks. Suggestion.... dont mess with weed, it tends to lead to other problems.

OK, first of all its not as bad as everyone says it is.
second it depends on if u exercise or not, since THC (stuff that gets you high) is a fat soluble, its stored in fat, so when you work out you sweat thus reducing the amount of THC in your system.
If you dont thats fine, it will be out in a couple of weeks, but since you didnt smoke more then a couple "puffs" you should be fine!
