Male dancer.

My favorite was Rudolf Nureyev . He was "regarded as one of the greatest male dancers of the 20th century" as quoted from wwww.wikipedia.org

Ballerino! The first dancers would be the Primi Ballerini (plural). Don't look to French for the word "danseur", ballerina is Italian and therefore one should use the male counterpart in Italian: ballerino.
Another example, the counterpart to Diva is Divo.
Check my source for the plural at IMDB. That's how they list the dancers and they got that information from the production company.
You can also check my source at Dictionary.com for the word origin of ballerina.
