last week i got accident with my brother car , the damage they say is 3000 dollar
the first problem i have is my brother scared me that his insurance go up until 1000 dollar month < can anybody help me if is true >
another problems i got is i am not insured with him in assurance because i live in different city and i have only learned permit
i just wanna ask what do i have to do in this situation

You let your brothers insurance handle the problem, otherwise, your brother can be sued for the damages. As for his insurance going up.....he doesn't know how much it's going to go up because 1) he's not an insurance agent, 2) rates rise at renewal, and 3) you were the driver so it shouldn't affect him at all.
He's just mad...have the insurance company pay for damages and then he needs to talk to his agent.

A lot of insurance companies won't raise your rates for a single lending-loss, but they will give you a caution about letting the person drive again. Insurance follows vehicles, so it has to be handled by his insurance company.
