a problem with a stupid guy...help?

i know this may sound really childish but it's causes so many problems.this guy asks me out so i say no but he hears from i don't know where that i like him and i told him other wise but he keeps insisting that i do..what should i tell him to put an end to all this.

You may have to start being a bit rude, just walk away without answering him and ignore him whenever you can. ask him if you are going to have to file a police report and get a restraining order to get him to stop!!
