I change both my sheets and pillow cases every day, it's a lot of extra laundry, but i think it's worth it. I have known people that wait days, and in some cases, weeks. What's your confession?

There is nothing like the crisp fresh feeling of clean sheets. I change our weekly, although, if I had the time, I'd change them more often.

I change them once a week, Sometimes I change the pillow cases twice a week. If someone is sick I might do it twice a week, it all depends. I think everyday is a little obsessive.

I would say that changing it every day is a little excessive. the reason you change ur sheets is because skin cells get into the sheets, as well as dust mites and wat not, this takes time. about a week for it to make any real difference.

personally i dont use sheets, im living on the couch of a gay guy.

i shold start usin sheets.

yea i confess, i do it maybe every week and a half, the laundry mat is kinda far to walk, and ifi go thier, i want to bring it all, and it is expensive lol, if i have a washer in my house i would do it everyday, towels would be used once, and everything would smeel like flowers, but i can't so.. gross.
