I've done this before. I got highlights, and they came out great! The students are being supervised by professionals and teachers so there really isn't a big risk. Plus, if your worried about something there doing, ask them about it, and they'll tell you what there doing and why!

it does save you moeny, and when my friends got it done it looked really good. i would check if there are schools in your area by just typing cosmetic school and your state or zipcode on google. if you are in californie i would try the paul mitchell school, because the instructors make sure you look good. just call and ask if they have discounted haircuts by students

my mom's a professionalhair stylist and she says it is good because the schoolers get experiance and not so good because my mom said there is a 70% chance of getting it messed up! :-!
