I try to get a bit of a pant on (by that I mean get my heart thumping so I can hear it in my ears, and get out of breath enough so that I can't talk) for about 30 minutes at least twice a week.
I used to work out on a treadmill, but now I find that chasing squirrels is much more effective. ;-)
Cheers.

It all depends on what your goal is. If you are on a weight loss kick you might want to exercise daily for a good hour. If you're just maintaining you could exercise 3-4 times a week for a half hour. Truely, exercise is supposed to be a part of you and what is comfortable to you. So figure out what you think is the optimum exercise plan and stick to it. Good luck.

5/6 times a week. About 40 min run, 45 min swim, 1 hour boxing or 2 hour karate session (that's one of those on a day, not all of them!)

i lift 3 days a week. in addition, i try to get in another 2 of cardio whether that's sprinting at the park, playing basketball at school, or even jump roping at home.
oh, and for 5 days out of the week, i get in a good 20 mins of walking at school cause the parking is SO FAR AWAY!

NO less than 5/7 days a week. A body works best when it's has a lil rest.

Every single day of the week, within one hour of getting up. This has become part of my daily routine. It helps to firm up, burn calories, and be energetic. However, if you want to lose weight, you must combine exercise with diet.
