the Rafale is multiroled and fit for many different types of combat: Bombing, Fighting, Recon, anything else
The Eurofighter is heavily equipt with bombs, but in this day, bombing the daylights out of things is wreckless and unacceptable.
Both share stealth ability and state of the art equipment,
But i give my vote to the Rafale. Nearly all combat roles of aircraft will be tactical, not bombing.

They'll probably pick the one that is best suited to shooting down Turkish fighters.
If it was my choice, I'd pick the Eurofighter over the Rafale since the F-22 won't be for sale any time soon.

I never saw a picture of either one nor do I know the capabilities of each. Which ever one they choose, hope it works well for them.
