My boyfriend who I have been going out for a year now, doesn't feel that he knows me. I'm not a very open person so I could understand that, but I don't know how to open up to him and let him know I really care about him. I also don't know what he wants from me because I constantly feel like I'm not good enough for him, since he would tell me I need to work on things. Should I end the relationship? or just talk things through? It's so confusing because he's such a nice guy but he just doesn't seem to know what he wants.

you need to build up your confidence. Start by making a list of all the good things that you can think of about yourself. It would be best if you try to talk things through because until you get confidence and feel ready to open up, that will hurt a relationship. One person I know was very shy and opened up more by talking to us on our forum. Go to pogo.com and you can play games as well as perhaps make friends there and talk to people and that may help with the confidence.

If you have a problem verbally opening up, you could probably write a letter explaining to him your fears and feelings towards him, it may be a little difficult but that's probably one of the only solutions you to save your relationship... I really hope this helps you :)

It sounds like you are both unsure of who you are. Maybe you two need to spend some time finding out who you are! the unfortunate thing about that is usually after a break to find yourself the couple finds themself somewhere else!

perhaps his not knowing what her wants is being enhanced by the fact that you are not telling him where he stands?? and his need to make u happy is confusing him further... look in ur heart decide can u live without him ? if answer is yes then u two are not close... if answer is no then is it not about time u close ur eyes and leap with faith in hope he cathches you?

i suggest u to give a break . i mean don't see him for 2-3 weeks don't answer him or don't respond any of his contacts..then he will feel what he wants, do that...best of luck and be happy.

try to talk to him. ask him exactly WHAT it is he wants to know, and do your best to answer it.
