omy on the blackboard. The principal apparently has one of those immature minds that some of the parents have that thinks male bodies are dirty, and can't be discussed in an educational environment. Let's applaud and defend the suspended teacher for his enlightened and realistic approach to genuine education.

Yes....maybe it's finally time to realize there are 2 genders and just put the human body out there for all to see and end this ridiculous shame and guilt over what each of us has. A human body!

By the time a child is in the 7th grade, he should know about human anatomy-male and female. And, I bet everything he has learned is ''dirty'', laughed at, and made fun of.

He should also be taught the medical side of it, the reproduction side, and be taught that sex and anatomy is not just something that is dirty and to be hidden.

The Principal was wrong. There was nothing wrong with the subject matter.

The teacher is a pervert.
I applaud the principal, thank you very much.
And I also recommend taking it a bit step further, conduct a current background check on the perv teacher and scan his work computer for any extracurricular websurfing.

I agree with you completely. Anatomy is a subject taught in medical schools. Thinking it is "dirty" is extremely old-fashioned. If we can "Vagina Monologues" on TV now, drawing the male anatomy should be allowed as well. I'm guessing that teacher will sue... successfully.

btw: I am "Paul H", Level 6, but I am having problems accessing my original account so I had to create this one to answer questions and to be able to post my question about how to get access back to my account! I'm hoping for a speedy resolution to this problem, but so far no luck. That's OK - I'm very patient, but it is inconvenient to post this information repeatedly, so it will be nice to get access back to my account... help me Yahoo Admin!!! Thanks!

If a Priest did this while teaching you would have a different attitude wouldn`t you, kids like this have no leaning to sex so why should some bozo show innocent kids this stuff, childhood is about innocence.

May God Bless you.

Let's not. He obviously was not teaching sex ed. or anatomy. So why should we feel sorry for this weirdo. I would not applaud someone for teaching my child how to make a pipe-bomb either.

I know, right? What's wrong with learning? Or in fact, why go to school when some of it's going to be censored? It's stuf flike that which causes teen pregnancy. People get curious!

Religious nuts like to pretend that no one has those "dirty parts" and that no one has sex even though they like it too.
