Do you have a regular cupcake pain? Grease and flour the cups in the pan, and don't use foil or paper cups. They should come out of the pan easily without the paper or foil cups

The BEST thing I have seen and used are the silicon cupcake liners. They will save you on calories since you don't have to spray, and they are completely non-stick. Get them at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, CostPlus, or other specialty stores. The other thing you can do is cut out circle shapes of parchment paper and line them on the bottom of the pan.
